The Ithrive Solution
We built a Practo-like Agentic AI Platform powered by Python, with scribe capabilities. The autonomous agent handles appointment scheduling, doctor availability checks, electronic medical records, automated billing, pharmacy dispatch and video consultations — acting across all four systems rather than sitting beside them, with clinical decisions always left to the clinician.

One patient record spanning visits, prescriptions, imaging and billing, accessible in a single click from the consultation view.
Video consultation
In-platform teleconsultation with the record open alongside and prescription issued at the end of the call.
Pharmacy dispatch
Prescriptions routed to the in-house pharmacy with stock check, preparation and dispatch tracking.
Automated billing
Charges assembled from the encounter itself, with insurance and package rules applied before the patient reaches the counter.
