Member wallets, bookings and renewals, all online — A member portal with wallet recharge, room, table and bar booking, and automated membership renewal tracking.
Friction in offline bar, room and dining table reservations for members, alongside membership renewal tracking. Bookings were taken by phone into a paper register, wallet balances were reconciled by hand, and renewals were chased individually.
We developed a full-featured web portal with member login, admin panel, a dynamic wallet recharge system and an online room, table and bar booking engine powered by Python backend services. Member wallets settle against consumption in real time, and renewals run on an automated reminder and payment schedule.
